This website is operated by MM Products LLC, doing business with Mckeevers Marine, 3232 26th Ave E, Unit D, Bradenton, FL 34208. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices. We try to keep product details, fitment and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. We can correct errors, change prices, or cancel an order if something was listed wrong, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Orders. We can refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

ECU tuning:

You're responsible for checking that a tune is right for your engine and use. Follow our instructions for packing and shipping your ECU.

Installation and use. Hydrofoils, brackets, decking and other parts must be installed correctly. We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, or use beyond a product's intended purpose.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies.
