Protect your boat during hurricane season with our exclusive boat haul out service through the Hurricane Haul Out membership plan. This service is designed to provide peace of mind by securely storing and hauling your boat to our protected facility when a named hurricane threat arises.
How the Service Works:
Pre-Hurricane Haul: We will pick up your boat 3-5 days before the landfall of a named storm.
Storage: Your boat will be stored at our safe, gated, and secure location for 2 weeks from the day of arrival of the named storm, providing essential marine hurricane protection.
Extended Stay: Need additional storage time? Extended stay rates are available.
Secure Storage: Your boat will be kept behind a security fence, secured with straps connected to four-foot earth anchors, ensuring maximum safety.
Pricing & Payment:
The cost for the Annual Membership is $1000 for boats 30 FT and under; for boats over 30 FT, it is $1500. This fee reserves all the equipment needed to accommodate your vessel.
Many insurance companies may reimburse you for our boat haul out service, membership, and/or help lower your insurance premium.
Here is a cost breakdown example based on a 27-foot boat:
$50 per ft, per haul out. 27 ft x $50 = $1495.06 (tax and CC fee included in this price).
The grand total will be $1495.06 + $1000 = $2495.06 if 1 haul out is activated per customer’s request. When you activate your first Haul-Out, you will be charged the cost above. This will be a set price for any other hurricanes during the annual membership.
An additional fee per foot for worry-free service is available, which allows a captain to drive your boat from its location to the ramp for pick up and deliver it back to the original location. This price will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Also, if the boat is over 30FT or over 10FT wide, additional fees will apply on a case-by-case basis.
*Annual Membership is due when signing the Annual Membership Agreement, and a credit card must be kept on file for when you activate your haul-out.*
**No additional payment for Haul-Out unless it is requested before a named storm.**
Your Membership gives you priority for being Hauled Out first before non-members and guarantees you a storage spot.
*Emergency NON-Membership - 1 Time Haul-Out for a hurricane would be $150 per ft. We cannot guarantee we will have available equipment, staff, or a spot to assist you. With a membership, we guarantee your boat will be towed and safe in storage. This only includes 1 haul out for emergencies.*
Additional Details:
If no haul outs are ordered during the contract period, only the Upfront Contract Fee is owed. Remaining payment for haul outs is due upon the first haul out ordered during the contract term. Extended storage fees of 15% of the total fee (membership and haul out fee combined) per week will apply until removal.
