Get more out of your Suzuki without buying a bigger motor. Our technicians reprogram your Suzuki's ECU with a performance calibration. The fuel and ignition curves are optimized for 89 octane or better, so your outboard can reach its max horsepower and slightly beyond. Suzuki tunes start at $750.
Suzuki Models We Tune
Small motors
- DF9.9B, DF15A, DF20A: tuned to 25HP. DF25A and DF30A are covered too.
Mid-size motors
- DF40A, DF50A/AV (2011+): tuned to 75HP. Older DF40 (2001–2010): 55HP.
- DF70A (2009+): tuned to 95HP. DF75A (2023+): 90HP. DF90 models are covered too.
- DF115A/B and DF115T: tuned to 140HP. DF140A/B (2013+): 155HP.
Big motors
- DF150A/AP and DF150T: tuned to 175HP. DF175AT (2019–2020): 200HP.
- DF200T and DF200AP V6 (2025+): tuned to 250HP. DF225T: 275HP.
- DF250 and DF300 models are covered too.
- DF350 (2018+): tuned to 385HP.

Mail in your ECU from anywhere in the USA. Order your motor's tune in our store, ship your ECU to 3232 26th Ave E, Unit D, Bradenton, FL 34208 (we recommend insuring the package), and we mail it back ready to install.
Suzuki Tuning FAQ
How much is a Suzuki tune? From $750 for the DF9.9B–DF30A, $850 for DF40 through DF140, $1,050 for DF150 through DF300, and $1,100 for the DF350.
Can you tune my DF350? Yes. Once tuned, the 2018+ DF350 is rated 385HP.
What fuel do I need after the tune? 89 octane or better.
